How to Request Data Deletion
If you would like to delete your account and all associated data from Innova Flow, you can do so in the following ways:
Option 1: Through the App
- Log in to your account at innovaflow.app
- Go to Settings
- Navigate to the Billing tab
- Click “Cancel Subscription”
- Then click “Delete My Account & Data”
- Confirm the deletion
Option 2: By Email
Send an email to contact@innovaflow.app with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and include:
- Your full name
- The email address associated with your account
- Your business name
What Data We Delete
Upon receiving a deletion request, we will permanently remove:
- Your account profile and business information
- Your AI avatar photos and voice recordings
- All AI-generated videos and content
- Your lead data and contact lists
- Chat history with the AI Manager
- Ad campaign data stored on our platform
- Facebook and Instagram connection tokens
- All billing and subscription records (except where legally required)
Timeline
We will process your data deletion request within 30 days of receiving it. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been permanently deleted.
Important Notes
- Data deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
- Content already published to your Facebook or Instagram pages will remain on those platforms. You must delete that content directly from Meta.
- We may retain anonymized, aggregate data that does not identify you for analytics purposes.
- We may retain certain data if required by law or legal obligations.
Facebook Data
If you connected your Facebook account through Innova Flow, we will revoke all access tokens and delete all Facebook-related data stored on our platform. To also revoke our app's access from your Facebook account:
- Go to Facebook Settings > Security and Login > Apps and Websites
- Find “Innova Flow Social Manager”
- Click “Remove”
